The Key Accounts Manager manages high-value clients of Buildkar, ensuring consistent business growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage strategic accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute client-specific growth strategies.
Identify and pursue upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Liaise with internal departments for client servicing and delivery.
Prepare business reviews and financial performance reports.
Employer Requirements:
Graduate or MBA in Business Administration or Marketing.
3-5 years of experience in account management or client servicing.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Experience in construction or building materials sector preferred.
