primary client manager

, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Serve as the dedicated point of contact for key clients during the post-production and delivery phase. Manage client handling with a focus on timely delivery of edited photos, videos, albums, and print products. Oversee client approvals, revisions, and escalations with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with photographers, editors, designers, and vendors to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables. Track account milestones and keep clients informed on project progress. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM and account management tools. Proactively engage with clients to enhance satisfaction, build loyalty, and gather testimonials or referrals. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services. Ensure service recovery for escalations, safeguarding long-term client relationships. Drive account growth by aligning client needs with business goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
