Position Overview



The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships in smart card manufacturing and secure print & packaging segment. The role focuses on driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating internal teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and develop key accounts including banks, government, telecom, transit, and enterprise clients.

Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth from assigned accounts.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (EMV, RFID, NFC, secure printing, personalization).

Act as the primary customer interface for orders, projects, and escalations.

Coordinate with production, quality, personalization, and logistics teams for timely delivery.

Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and account plans.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reports.

Skills & Competencies



Strong B2B sales and key account management experience.

Knowledge of smart card manufacturing, secure printing, or packaging industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

6+ years of experience in in key account management or sales within smart cards, secure printing, or print & packaging industries.
