Purpose of the role:- Promoting & Selling Premium Imported Food & Beverage Products to Ho Re Ca customers- Drive revenue growth by establishing Strong relationships with customers and providing them with exceptional service.- Description of Ho Re Ca & and On Trade Channels - All 4 & 5- Hotels- restaurant, bars, pool bars, mini bars, banquets- All Fine Dining Restaurants, Quick service Restaurants-chains & local, Coffee shops, Bars, Mocktail bars, Caterers, banquet halls, Bartending Companies, food & beverage consultants, Stand-alone bartenders, Cloud kitchens, Pizzerias, Etc.Key Responsibilities Areas:- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Ho Re Ca customers at various levels including DFNB/ F&B Manager/Executive Chefs/Procurement Manager/Store Manager. - Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities to identify potential business growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. - Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets, introduce products to potential clients, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, promotional mechanisms, trade marketing activities, and shelf space allocation. - Internal Coordination: Serve as the liaison between key clients and internal departments (e.g., marketing, supply chain, product development) to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. - Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and account metrics, using data-driven insights to report on progress and drive continuous improvement. - Product & Promotional Strategy: Drive product visibility and competitiveness at the point of sale and develop innovative trade promotion strategies.
