Role Summary
As the
Key Accounts Manager
, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major clients, understanding their business objectives, and proposing tailored OOH advertising solutions. You will lead end-to-end account servicing--from campaign ideation to execution--while driving revenue growth and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and agencies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with major brands and stakeholders.
Understand client marketing objectives, challenge areas, and business priorities; translate them into compelling OOH media strategies.
Create and present media proposals and customized plans.
Identify and grow upselling / cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts.
Oversee campaign execution by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Creative, and Finance teams.
Track campaign performance, provide clients with post-campaign analysis, and recommend optimizations.
Manage account budgets, quotations, and invoicing in alignment with finance and sales.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts.
Mentor and guide junior account executives / managers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities in outdoor and transit media.
Provide regular reports on account health, revenue projections, and client insights to Sales Head.
Resolve client issues proactively to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
Ensure alignment of all account activities with the company's values, policies, and business ethics.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in account management, sales management, or business development (preferably in OOH, media, or advertising).
Proven track record of managing key accounts and sustaining client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Target- and growth-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading end-to-end campaign delivery.
Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
Willingness to travel for client meetings / market visits.
