Job Description

  • Key responsibilities - Including but not limited to
  • Onboard new customers
  • Follow up on renewals
  • Encourage upsells and cross-sells
  • Build relationships between customers and the support team
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (Keeping the client posted)
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Networking and handling Senior Executives in Corporates (CxOs, Directors Etc.)
Position Summary:- You love talking to different stakeholders (internal and external) to manage and
exceed client expectations. You go above and beyond to ensure customer delight and always push
for excellence
Requirements
  • 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Customer-First Mindset
  • Relationship Management and Managing Expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Research and presentation skill
