The
Key Account Manager (KAM)
is responsible for
therapy shaping, driving biologic adoption, and achieving sales and market share objectives
within assigned key accounts for the Ventus portfolio. As an
individual contributor
, the KAM builds strong scientific and strategic partnerships with key customers, KOLs, and institutions, ensuring effective execution of brand and medical strategies in asthma biologics.
Key Responsibilities
Drive therapy shaping for biologic products in asthma across assigned key accounts
Achieve sales, market share, and brand objectives for the Ventus portfolio
Develop and execute account-level business plans aligned with national strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, pulmonologists, allergists, and institutional stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
Ensure effective execution of marketing and strategic initiatives on ground
Increase biologic penetration through patient identification, initiation, and continuity initiatives
Deliver high-quality scientific detailing and disease education using approved materials
Identify growth opportunities and address access or adoption barriers within accounts
Track performance using sales data, market insights, and competitive intelligence
Provide timely market feedback and actionable insights to regional and national teams
Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, training, access, and supply teams
Support scientific meetings, CMEs, and other medical initiatives as per plan
Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting as per company requirements
Success Measures
