Job Title: Key Accounts Assistant / Manager

Expereince - 5 to 10yrs

Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain Management (preferred)

Industry: Warehousing & Logistics

Job Responsibilities:-

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
Handle day-to-day coordination and communication with customers regarding orders, queries, and service requirements.
Prepare and share MIS reports, dashboards, and client updates as per agreed timelines.
Monitor client accounts, track billing, collections, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Analyze customer data, performance, and service trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain accurate client records and update information on SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems.
Assist in contract renewals, service agreements, and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
Address and resolve client escalations efficiently.
Support business development teams in upselling or cross-selling warehousing and logistics solutions.
Key Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in key accounts / client servicing in the warehousing or logistics industry.
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software is highly desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Note - You have to visit Bhiwandi , Panvel & Ahmedabad Warehouse.

Working Time & days - Office Timing 9.30am - 6.30pm | Monday To Saturday
