Job duties:
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.
Business Development:
Identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
Accounts Planning
: Developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and address the evolving needs of key clients.
Performance Monitoring
: Tracking account performance, analyzing key metrics, and preparing regular reports for management.
Problem Solving
: Addressing client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Negotiation and Communication
: Effectively negotiating contracts and agreements, and communicating clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (preference will be given to degree of business administration, Commerce or Logistics, Transportation management, or related field.)
Proven exposure in car rental industry.
Skills:
Sales and Account Management Experience
: Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.
Communication and Interpersonal Skill
: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill
: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to address client needs and challenges.
Industry Knowledge
: A good understanding of the car rental industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Organization and Time Management
: Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
