Strategic Planning and Account Growth
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and business potential.
Identify new sales and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to expand revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, customer service) to ensure a cohesive approach to the client needs.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and customer service teams, to ensure that client expectations are met.
Communicate client feedback internally to guide product or service improvements.

Sales and Financial Management
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and agreements to maximize profit while meeting client expectations.
Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and account performance.
Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders on account status and future opportunities.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution
Address any client concerns, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Act as a mediator during conflicts, maintaining professionalism and working towards a mutually beneficial resolution.

Market and Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact clients.
Conduct market research to understand the client's industry landscape and potential opportunities or threats.
