Oversee the day-to-day operations of both online and offline business activities, ensuring efficient management and growth of the company's E-Commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Management
Manage business operations on marketplace channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
Handle seller accounts, product listings, cataloging, and coordination with category managers.
Manage customer returns, complaints, and ensure high service standards.
2. Sales & Strategy
Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Design and execute promotional deals and offers.
3. Content & Website Management
Create and maintain content for eCommerce marketplaces and the company website.
Ensure all pages, products, and prices are accurate, updated, and aligned with trading requirements.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Maintain and analyze sales data (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to gain insights on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
5. Agency & Account Management
Manage the eCommerce agency, evaluate account performance, and handle disputes and cases.
Coordinate with agency and account managers for online business operations.
6. Marketing & Competitor Analysis
Ensure the agency creates and executes a yearly marketing plan for online sales.
Track competitors regularly and ensure optimal product visibility.
7. Financial Management
Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the overall eCommerce business.
