Graylinx Private Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, understand project requirements, provide accurate quotations, and coordinate with the sales team to finalize leads. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements for HVAC and BMS automation solutions and translate them into actionable tasks.
Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Track and manage the sales pipeline, updating records and providing regular progress reports.
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams (engineering, sales, and operations).
Resolve client issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Min 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role in the HVAC/BMS industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building management systems (BMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
