Key Account Manager - Voice Process
Process: Myntra (Voice - Sales Support)
Work Location: Work From Office (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a voice-based liaison between Myntra and sellers/key accounts.
Manage and nurture relationships with sellers and ensure their growth on the platform.
Drive sales and business performance by advising sellers on marketing, pricing, and inventory strategies.
Explain profit and loss calculations, margins, and other key metrics to sellers.
Resolve seller queries efficiently and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve seller experiences.
Maintain and update records of interactions and transactions.
Job Details:
CTC: Up to ?30,000/- per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shifts: Rotational (Day Shift Only)
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
