Key Accounts Manager

  • Oversee full truckload (FTL) & part truckload (PTL) logistics
operations with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries, ensuring compliance
with customer requirements and industry regulations.
  • Communicate closely with carriers and drivers to ensure smooth
operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Analyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities
for process improvements.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and
shipment tracking.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory
requirements for FTL & PLT shipments.
  • Monitor cargo handling to prevent damage and ensure safe
transportation practices.
  • Resolve logistics challenges proactively and maintain clear
communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyze PLT transportation metrics to identify opportunities for
cost savings and operational efficiencies.
