The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts in general trade, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service and analyzing account performance.
Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and store managers within the General Trade channel to drive sales.
Negotiate pricing, contracts and other agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth within key accounts. This requires a strong distribution/dealer network to expand distribution channels and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing account performance.
Visit stores to drive hygiene for stock and better display of product.
Preferred candidate profile
Account Management and Key Accounts in Modern Trade.
Customer Service and Relationship Management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the FMCG, Dairy or Food and Beverage industries is mandatory.
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
