Key Responsibilities:
Driving sales and business growth within the HORECA and hospitality segment.
Identifying, onboarding, and managing hotel, resorts and restaurant partners across Goa.
Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and restaurant groups.
Ensuring product placement, visibility, and repeat orders across partner accounts.
Executing brand and trade activation plans to drive usage and conversions.
Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Gathering market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
Ensuring timely reporting, data tracking, and account management discipline.
Requirements:
Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience in HORECA or institutional sales.
Proven success in onboarding and managing hotel partners.
Strong industry network and local connects within the Goa hospitality ecosystem.
Excellent relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and data management.
