The Key Account Executive (KAE) plays a crucial role in managing dealer relationships within the construction chemicals, wood adhesives, and plywood sectors. This position focuses on maximizing sales, enhancing dealer performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers. Conduct regular visits to dealers to understand their needs and challenges.

Sales Strategy Development

: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the construction chemicals and wood adhesives market. Identify new business opportunities and potential dealers.

Performance Monitoring

: Monitor dealer performance and provide support to enhance sales. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Product Training and Support

: Provide product training and technical support to dealers. Ensure that dealers are well-informed about product features and benefits.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

: Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and support for dealer needs. Provide feedback from dealers to internal teams to improve product offerings.
Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

: Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the construction chemicals or wood adhesives industry. Familiarity with dealer management and distribution channels.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
