Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Key Accounts Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of strategic business services with a focus on enhancing customer experience. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the Key Accounts Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery function, ensuring top-tier service levels, fostering innovation, and maintaining strong client relationships to support the growth and profitability of the business.

Responsibilities



Strategic and operational leadership for business services portfolio focused on companies internal and external customer base. Develop programs to improve the competitive position (revenue & profitability) of the business scope. Service portfolio of focus in customer experience and robotic process automation. Manage a designated team of associates Oversee scope, planning, budgeting, definition, initiation and delivery of customer accounts and projects. Set the vision, direction, and culture of the delivery function by managing performance expectations and goals monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence, and holding the team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance targets. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures; assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution. Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the leadership team. Be responsible for managing key account client relationships through strategic interventions and management. Solving complex customer support issues and proactively heading off negative service trends. Actively champion Process Engineering, Re-engineering and Innovation initiatives within the delivery function. Ensure productivity targets (Daily /Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly) are achieved. Ensure expected quality of ALL deliverables. Effectively partners and builds productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments.

Requirements and skills



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in leading key account delivery, service management, and operational & leadership in similar roles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboraion skills.
