About the Role:
To implement and executive company objectives in the market by adhering to company policies, systems, quality standards by mobilizing the plans to meet short term and long term sales objectives, utilizing innovation and maximizing growth.
Main Responsibilities:
a.Plan & achieve monthly, session wise & annual volume targets
b. Maintain availability and visibility of all listed SKUs in the territory
c. Ensure quality of products across all stores/DC
d. Train & lead the front line sales force (MOs)
e. Coordinate with the buyers for regular POs and supplies
f. Execution of all activities to be managed through the MOs
g. Maintain hygiene with control on the credit days
Potential Challenges (Problems that an incumbent is likely to face as a position -holder)
The role will be very critical as this involves lot of training and self-motivation. Managing work time schedules, meeting deadlines and targets, speed of execution will be the critical areas which the role will demand. Excellent relationship and Complete coordination with the stores and buyers are required ensuring the business growth.
About You:
Must Have:
Graduate with 2 to 5 years' experience in FMCG/Food/Beverage industry with good knowledge of MT and communication & interpersonal skills
Nice To have :
Soft skills, Analytical abilities.
Experience in the same territory would be an added benefit
