Role Purpose

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for

managing, growing, and retaining key industrial and healthcare customers

by acting as the single point of contact between the customer and the company. The role focuses on

relationship management, order execution, problem-solving, and revenue growth

.

This is a

hands-on execution role

, not a desk-only sales position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Account Management

Handle assigned

industrial and healthcare accounts

end-to-end

Maintain strong working relationships with

procurement, production, and quality teams

of customers

Be the primary point of contact for

orders, pricing, complaints, and coordination

2. Order & Execution Ownership

Ensure

accurate order booking

, specifications, and timelines

Coordinate with

production, dispatch, and accounts

for smooth fulfilment

Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or issues

The KAM owns the order until payment is received.

3. Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

Increase business from existing customers through:

o Cross-selling relevant tape solutions

o Identifying new applications and usage areas

Work towards

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

4. ISO 9001:2015 Compliance Awareness

Understand

basic compliance, quality, and documentation requirements

of ISO 9001:2015 - purchase order, pro forma invoice, payment, invoicing

Coordinate internally to ensure correct

specifications, samples, and approvals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?720,000.00 per year
