Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal production/operations team to deliver outputs.
Respond to client queries through email and calls in Tamil and English.
Track project status and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Prepare basic reports, maintain documentation, and update client communication records.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing smooth, timely, and accurate communication.
Support the team in resolving issues and escalating challenges whenever required.
Requirements
Desired Experience:
2-3 years of experience in client servicing, production coordination, or a similar role.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of MS Office, emails, and general computer operations.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle clients professionally.
Strong coordination skills with an ability to follow up with internal teams.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
