Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned corporate clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
Coordinate health check-ups, medical camps, and other services with operations and medical teams.
Work with TPAs, insurance partners, and corporates to align packages, pricing, and compliance.
Track account performance (revenue, utilization, retention) and share regular reports with management.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional Healic services (e.g., RMO placement, teleconsultation, specialized camps).
Address client escalations promptly and ensure high-quality resolution.
Support business development team in onboarding new accounts smoothly.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM and ensure timely invoicing/collections.
Contribute to client success stories, case studies, and renewal strategy.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred, especially in Healthcare, Management, or Marketing).
1-4 years of experience in B2B account management, healthcare, insurance, or corporate wellness preferred.
Strong communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
