Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the overall growth of the account and managing all stakeholders associated with the account internally as well as externally



Client Relationship Management: Penetrating the given account & continue to engage and spread awareness via regularly meeting the client with or without Superior and enhance the engagement further. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Market Research: Collect Intelligence on the clients, their market, competitors & industry Account Management: Smooth & Timely Delivery of all requirements(project/report/escalations/minutes/meeting) to clients and manages client Satisfaction. Delivery Management: requirement gathering, summarizing, clarifying queries, timely submission & follow upon closure Track Contract signing, Agreement receipt & over due collections etc. Submit Periodic Report: Submit Weekly Reports & Dashboard: Overdue Payments and Collection Works alongside business leaders in closing sales by building rapport with existing accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts. Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from contacts/leads in the prescribed account Operatingastheleadpointofcontactforanyandallmattersspecifictoassignedaccount Liaise with cross-functional internal teams(including Technology, SEO, Social Media, Content Teams etc.) to improve the entire Account Management process. This position may require occasional travel Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors in the respective account
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field. (B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent preferred) MBA or other management qualification (Regular MBA preferred)

1. Having a strong background in social media, paid campaign management, agency Management, technology platforms, direct marketing experience via digital as a Platforms viz facebook, instagram, youtube, linkedin etc.
2. Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers
3. Understanding/familiarity with Marketing principles; Performance marketing experience.
4. Strong business acumen and ability to connect business objectives with digital marketing levers and find digital solutions for the same
5. Ability to execute quick turn-around times with agencies
6. Strong Project Management skills

7. Someone who has handled E-commerce clients / Healthcare clients

8. Strong Data Analytics skills / Process and system build/automation oriented thinking and experience

9. Ability to lead a team of Media Buyers (FB & Google), Social Media Planner, Graphic Designers and Video Editors

10. Ability to leverage brand and technology to deliver performance by the digital business vertical

11. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

12. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results

13. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

14. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. 15. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

16. Daily, and Proactively monitor campaign performance to foresee and resolve issues before they occur.

17. Perform independent campaign analysis with definite conclusions and actions.

18. Strong command of written English for deciding ad copies.
