The role includes developing long-term client relationships, handling complete sales cycles, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating with production, logistics, quality, and finance teams for seamless order execution, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, ensuring timely deliveries and payment collections, providing post-sales support, managing customer issues, maintaining CRM data, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of B2B sales experience in the solar or renewable energy sector, strong communication and negotiation skills, technical understanding of solar modules, and the ability to manage high-value accounts with professionalism and ownership.
