You will work directly with CXOs and senior HR leaders and will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end B2B inside sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Engage with senior decision-makers including CHROs, CEOs, and Founders
Pitch recruitment and HR technology solutions to corporate clients
Conduct product demos and handle objections confidently
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Maintain accurate sales data using CRM tools
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
1 to 7 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
Experience in HR Tech, Recruitment, or SaaS sales is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Excel
Comfortable working in a target-driven, office-based environment
