Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs, business goals, and propose solutions that create value.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning.
Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services/products.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, product) to meet client expectations.
Prepare account reviews, reports, and forecasts on sales performance and client activity.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensure compliance with company processes, SLAs, and customer service standards.
Requirements Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-6 years of experience
in Key Account Management / Client Relationship Management / Sales in
Packaging Industry Only
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and deliver revenue targets.
Experience handling enterprise or strategic clients is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
