Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Monitor account performance and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Prepare and present account status reports to management.
Resolve client issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Key Skills & Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
