Position: Key Account Manager - Schools (Renewals,
Collections & Growth)

About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage,
retain, and grow relationships with partner schools. This role will
focus on renewals, timely collections, upselling & cross-selling
opportunities to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue growth
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management
(Principals, Correspondents, Coordinators).
Drive renewals and ensure 100% timely fee collections from
existing schools.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional
programs, workshops, and products to existing partner schools.
Act as the primary point of contact for all school accounts, ensuring
smooth issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Track account health, engagement levels, and proactively address
concerns to improve retention.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Implementation,
Academics, Operations) to deliver value to schools.
Maintain detailed MIS/reports on renewals, collections, upsell
opportunities, and overall account performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations,
or Sales (preferably EdTech/Education industry).
Strong track record of achieving renewals, collections, and
upselling/cross-selling targets.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation
skills.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage client escalations
professionally.
Willingness to travel locally for school visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
