We're looking for a

Key Account Manager

to take ownership of high-value clients and grow our HORECA footprint.

Manage big-name accounts (95% order fulfillment rate, 2-day delivery promise) Represent top brands (Nestle, MTR, Fortune, MDH, Amul, and our in-house products) Work with a logistics team that actually delivers on time Build long-term relationships - and get credit for growing them
What you'll do:

Handle key accounts across hotels, restaurants, hospitals, institutions Drive repeat orders, upsell products, and ensure client satisfaction Coordinate with logistics and inventory to meet tight SLAs Report performance, track retention, and act fast on issues
You're right for this if you:

Have 3-7 years in B2B sales, institutional supply, or HORECA Know how to build trust and close deals consistently Communicate clearly in Tamil and English Like solving problems fast and following up even faster
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?16,525.61 per month

Work Location: In person
