Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key accounts Manager to lead and manage our solar module sales activities across [assigned region/territory]. He will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct sales and channel partnerships. The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of the solar industry and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to promote solar PV modules and achieve revenue targets. Identify and onboard new clients including, distributors, and utility companies. Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing value-added solutions and excellent service. Forecast sales volumes and prepare territory-wise business plans aligned with company objectives. Track market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to capitalize on new business opportunities. Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to support sales activities and customer engagements. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and product presentations. Negotiate and close commercial deals in line with company policies and profitability goals. Monitor order processing, delivery schedules, and payment collections to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Provide timely sales reports, market intelligence, and performance analysis to senior management.

REQUIREMENT



Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 5+ years of proven sales experience in the solar sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of the solar module market, technologies (mono, poly, bifacial, Topcon, etc.), and sales channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong network of contacts across, developers, and solar distributors. Ability to travel frequently and manage business across a wide geography.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
