Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Key Account Manager

to manage and grow brand performance across India's leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and more. This role requires strong execution skills, marketplace understanding, and the ability to coordinate across functions to drive brand visibility, sales, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Account Management



Own day-to-day execution for brand accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms. Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and marketplace account managers. Ensure product listings are optimized, updated, and compliant with platform guidelines.

2. Business Growth & Reporting



Assist in tracking sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs across platforms. Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth through pricing, promotions, and advertising. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights to account managers and brand teams.

3. Campaign & Promotion Support



Coordinate participation in sales events like Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc. Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and promotions on the marketplaces. Ensure timely uploads of coupons, deals, and ad creatives as per plan.

4. Operational Coordination



Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Track and resolve issues related to orders, returns, claims, and penalties. Support listing uploads, catalog hygiene, A+ content, and keyword optimization.

5. Compliance & Policy Monitoring



Ensure brands are compliant with marketplace policies and operational SLAs. Flag and resolve potential violations, suspensions, or listing suppressions.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably handling Indian marketplaces. Familiarity with Seller Central (Amazon), Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc. Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis. Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
