Role Overview As a Key Account Manager at BM EPC, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company's most strategic clients. This role requires a strong balance of business development, client service, and project coordination. The KAM will ensure client satisfaction, identify new opportunities within existing accounts, and act as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities o Manage and grow relationships with key domestic and international clients in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and healthcare. o Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. o Understand client requirements and align BM EPC's solutions (EPC, procurement, infrastructure projects) to their business needs. o Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts. o Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies tailored to each key client. o Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Marketing, Operations) to ensure timely and quality project execution. o Negotiate long-term contracts and service agreements with key clients. o Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, and resolve escalations effectively. o Represent BM EPC at industry forums, networking events, and client review meetings. o o Provide management with regular reports on account status, opportunities, risks, and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. o 4-8 years of proven experience as Key Account Manager / Client Relationship Managerin EPC, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries. Strong track record of managing high-value client portfolios and achieving sales targets. o Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. o Strong business acumen with ability to understand complex projects. o Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools. o Ability to travel as required for client engagement.
