About the Role



We're seeking a seasoned

Account Manager

to lead customer engagements and drive strategic growth in the design services space. This role is ideal for a senior professional who excels at managing key accounts, building trusted client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities while aligning internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities



Client Leadership:

Drive and coordinate meetings focused on customer feedback, roadmap alignment, budgeting, skill gap analysis, and upselling opportunities.

Business Development:

Identify and engage early with potential business opportunities.

Internal Stakeholder Management:

Maintain a regular meeting cadence with internal teams to review: Business status and updates Account intelligence and insights Client feedback and action plans

Account Mapping & Strategy:

Develop and regularly update detailed account mapping, including: Organizational structure Key business and roadmap owners Technical and financial decision-makers

Relationship Management:

Create and manage a clear account relationship strategy, documenting key engagements and touchpoints.

Sales Forecasting:

Provide weekly forecasts on pipeline and targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, business operations, finance, and engineering to address customer needs effectively.

Requirements



Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in customer-facing or sales leadership roles, with at least 4-5 years in Account Management (preferably in AMD).

Sales Expertise:

Proven success in selling design services with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding $2M in annual revenue.

Strategic Execution:

Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex deal strategies that support high-growth, performance-driven organizations.

Customer Engagement:

Strong background in collecting, analyzing, and leveraging complex market intelligence to drive business decisions.
