1. Key Account Management

Handle assigned

key dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and institutional clients

Build long-term relationships with high-value customers Act as the single point of contact for all key accounts
2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Increase product penetration of

decorative, industrial, waterproofing, and protective coatings

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
3. Market Development

Develop new key accounts in assigned territory Track competitor activities, pricing, and schemes Execute company sales strategies at the ground level
4. Project & Institutional Sales

Coordinate with

builders, architects, PMC, and contractors

for project specifications Ensure product approvals and technical compliance Follow up on tenders, rate contracts, and bulk orders
5. Dealer & Channel Support

Ensure proper stock availability and visibility at dealer level Implement promotional schemes, displays, and branding activities Train dealers, painters, and contractors on product features
6. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with

supply chain, production, and finance teams

for smooth order execution Ensure timely payment collection and control outstanding Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills In-depth knowledge of

paint products, applications, and market dynamics

Ability to handle high-value and strategic accounts Excellent communication and presentation skills Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
Qualification & Experience

Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred

3-5 years of experience

in paint industry sales Experience in

dealer, project, or institutional sales

is mandatory
