4. Project & Institutional Sales
Coordinate with
builders, architects, PMC, and contractors
for project specifications
Ensure product approvals and technical compliance
Follow up on tenders, rate contracts, and bulk orders
5. Dealer & Channel Support
Ensure proper stock availability and visibility at dealer level
Implement promotional schemes, displays, and branding activities
Train dealers, painters, and contractors on product features
6. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with
supply chain, production, and finance teams
for smooth order execution
Ensure timely payment collection and control outstanding
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
