Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and expand

relationships with key merchants, partners, and business accounts across metro cities. The role

involves driving business growth through on-ground sales, account retention, and relationship

management while ensuring superior merchant satisfaction and performance.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and manage long-term relationships with key merchants and strategic partners

within the assigned territory.

? Drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for merchant accounts through field

visits and relationship management.

? Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize merchant wallet share.

? Ensure timely issue resolution, smooth onboarding, and ongoing support for merchants.

? Track and analyze account performance, collections, and business metrics.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and address

merchant needs.

? Plan and execute market-level activities and campaigns to drive adoption and usage.

? Maintain updated reports on sales pipeline, merchant performance, and key business

Desired Candidate Profile

? Education: Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Marketing; MBA preferred.

? Experience: 3-7 years in field sales, key account management, or merchant

acquisition--preferably in Fintech, Payments, FMCG, Telecom, or BFSI sectors.

? Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

? Proven track record of achieving targets and managing large-volume merchant

portfolios.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

? Comfortable with travel within the assigned city/region and working in a fast-paced,

target-driven environment.

? Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and data analysis.
