Oversee invoicing, Purchase Orders (POs), and ensure timely collections in coordination with finance.
Track, analyze, and report account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.
Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve business targets.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings with professional presentations.
Strong understanding of AI & robotics market trends to position the company as a strategic partner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in key account management, or enterprise sales.
Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, business processes, and client engagement.
Proven success in managing enterprise accounts, closing large deals, and handling C-level relationships.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales operations (invoicing, POs, CRM tools).
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with business acumen.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
