Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic

Key Accounts Manager

with a strong academic background (B. Tech from a reputed institution) to manage

strategic client relationships, sales growth, and service order management

. The role requires

extensive travel

across the Eastern Region to drive territory expansion and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage key customer accounts and ensure excellent client servicing. Drive AMC/ARC contract negotiations and service order execution. Achieve sales targets through business development in power, steel, iron, and chemical sectors. Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination between sales and service teams. Expand business territory with 100% travel readiness across the Eastern region.

Requirements:

B. Tech degree from a reputed institution (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). 3-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing/Service Order Management (Industrial/Manufacturing preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
