Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow relationships with major clients.
You will handle end-to-end account management--from understanding client needs to delivering impactful outdoor campaigns--while identifying growth opportunities across key accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Understand client objectives and propose relevant OOH media solutions.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Create customized proposals and media plans.
Manage complete campaign execution--from proposal to deployment and reporting.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Creative & Finance teams for smooth delivery.
Track campaign performance, share insights, and recommend optimizations.
Achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets.
Manage budgets, quotations, and invoices with internal teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields.4-8 years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Proven experience in client acquisition & retention.
Exceptional communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building & networking capabilities.
Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
Passion for sales, growth, and delivering impactful advertising solutions.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
