Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Key Account Manager to oversee end-to-end marketplace operations. The role involves managing accounts, driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning with cross-functional teams to deliver growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms (Myntra, Ajio, Tata.). - For Quickcommerce - Blikit, Zepto, Instamart- End-to-end ownership of account operations: listings, content, pricing, promotions, inventory, and order fulfillment.- Monitor sales performance, marketplace trends, and competitor activities.- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and customer care to ensure smooth execution.- Drive performance marketing and brand visibility on platforms.- Handle reconciliations, claims, returns, and compliance with platform policies.- Prepare regular sales reports and growth plans.
