Responsibilities :Responsible for managing and maintaining a long-term relationship with all the Strategic clients assigned in his/her region and maximizing sales opportunities within them to achieve his/her target.- To grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.- Will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationship with significant clients.- He/she needs to closely work and coordinate with various departments internally to ensure that all customers queries are addressed appropriately.- Key account manager must have excellent negotiation & conflict resolution skills. He/she will be the SPOC for the client for all their requirements/queries.- He/she also must work with the marketing team and structure various schemes to increase sales opportunities within existing customers.Skills Required:-Postgraduate-MBA Preferred- Work experience of 5-6 years or more in Corporate Sales / Key Account Management- Strong account management and relationship building skills.- Strong communication skills - written and oral with fluency in English and the local language.- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills- Tech Savvy and easy to adapt to digital tools.- Effective in usage of social media platforms especially LinkedIn for better connections.- Key competencies required - Networking, Persuasion, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, MarketKnowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism.- Strong command on MS Office tools (ref:updazz.com)
