Key Responsibilities
Channel Management & Development
Develop and execute strategic plansfor modern trade channels
(hypermarkets, supermarkets, department stores)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade partners and buying
teams
Identify new modern trade opportunities and expand distribution footprint
Negotiate trade terms, promotional activities, and shelfspace
agreements
Monitor competitor activities and market trends within modern trade channels
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
Achieving salestargets and KPIs for assigned modern trade accounts
Develop account-specific business plans and growth strategies
Implement effective merchandising and promotional campaigns
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insightsfor performance
improvement
Conduct regular business reviews with trade partners
Trade Marketing &Merchandising
Plan and execute in-store promotions, displays, andmerchandising activities
Coordinate with marketing teams on trade-specific campaigns and product
launches
Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and shelfshare
Monitor and maintain planogram compliance acrossstores
Manage trade marketing budgets and ROI optimization
Relationship Management
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned modern trade accounts
Conduct regularstore visits and relationship-building activities
Resolve any trade-related issues or conflicts promptly
Collaborate with internal teams(supply chain, finance, marketing) for seamless
execution
Provide training and support for retailstaff when required
MarketIntelligence & Reporting
Monitormarket trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape
Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketshare, and channel insights
Conductstore audits and compliance checks
Analyze pricing strategies and recommend optimizations
Prepare and present businessreviewsto senior manag

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
