Magnetic Minds Digital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to own client relationships, coordinate internal teams, ensure smooth campaign execution, and deliver accurate performance and financial reporting. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital agency environment and can independently drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with clear and timely communication.
Understand client goals, KPIs, and expectations to ensure internal alignment.
Proactively address client needs, challenges, and escalations with professionalism.
2. Internal Coordination & Campaign Execution
Act as the central communication bridge between clients and internal teams (Campaign, Creative, Strategy, Tech).
Ensure structured and timely internal communication for all deliverables.
Coordinate campaign setup, launch, performance checks, and ongoing optimization with the Campaign Team.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all client requirements.
3. Financial & Administrative Management
Manage the creation, setup, and maintenance of client accounts across internal systems.
Prepare, track, and process invoices, retainers, and contract-related documentation accurately and on schedule.
Maintain updated financial records and client billing information.
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare and share weekly MIS / performance reports every Monday.
Track key account metrics including campaign performance, retention health, and quarterly/annual targets.
Collaborate with the Campaign Team to derive insights and present actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or Client Success Executive, preferably in a digital marketing or media agency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities, with high attention to detail across tasks, timelines, and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a remote, high-speed environment.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics and dashboards (preferred but not mandatory).
