Role Overview:
We are seeking an
Account Manager - Domestic Staffing
to manage and grow client accounts, ensure successful talent delivery, and drive revenue. The role involves handling existing accounts as well as acquiring new clients across IT and Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with
enterprise and mid-sized clients
in India.
Acquire new clients and secure empanelments for IT staffing and lateral hiring.
Understand client requirements (contract, C2H, and permanent staffing) and deliver accordingly.
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality closures.
Negotiate rates, terms, and agreements with clients.
Handle escalations, manage SLAs, and drive customer satisfaction.
Achieve revenue, closure, and client expansion targets.
Requirements:
4-20 years of proven experience in
Domestic IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales / Account Management
.
Strong knowledge of
IT skills hiring
(Java, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, Fullstack, etc.) and/or Non-IT hiring.
Track record of client acquisition and account growth in the
Indian market
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle
CXO-level client interactions
.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
