Position Summary
The position is an Individual Contributor reporting to Value Lead (Reimbursed Business) and will be responsible for exploring opportunities for increasing access of JJIM Specialty portfolio (with a focus on Oncology & Immunology) beyond the traditional tender based procurement that is being currently managed by the RB team.

Regional Cancer Centres (RCCs) in West

• Conduct in-depth account profiling - patient journey, sources of funding and disbursement, stakeholder mapping

• Work closely with MAF, Access and Franchise Sales teams on building advocacy and inclusion of JJIM innovative portfolio in RCC treatment protocols, eventually leading to adoption of those protocols in hospitals of National Cancer Grid

• Build advocacy for adoption of the treatment protocols in the State health schemes

• Explore opportunities for partnership with JJIM for scientific engagement and capability building

• Work closely with stakeholders to help increase access for JJIM innovative portfolio through increased adoption of various government grants such as HCCP and RAN

• Develop in-depth understanding of the landscape for State Govt. Health Dept. - priorities, policies and programs

• Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in the State Govt. Health dept.

• Build in-depth understanding of all sources of funding for state govt. health programs

• Work closely with all relevant stakeholders (including NGOs, patient support groups) on inclusion of JJIM innovative portfolio in the health schemes of the state govt.

• Explore opportunities to partner with State Govt. on scientific engagement and capability building

• Develop in-depth understanding of National policies, programs and funding (PM/NHM/NCD/Ayushman Bharat) and their implementation at the state level

• Explore opportunities for increasing access for JJIM innovative portfolio in the state through funding from national programs

• Help build advocacy at the state level for inclusion of JJIM innovative portfolio in tr eatment protocols of national health programsQualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum graduation, MBA preferred.
• Desired experience and knowledge of Public Health Policies, experience working with State & Central Govt. programs and policies.
• Experience working as a Key Account Manager
• Good communication skills
