Job Title: Key Account Manager (Recruitment)
Location: Mumbai
Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years of NON IT Recruitment
Skills Required:
Experience in driving Pan India recruitments for large clients in the NON IT Contract staffing business
Specific experience in NON IT or NON IT Contract Staffing industry involving handling of large
enterprise clients recruitment needs
Front end Client management is a must
Recruitment team handling experience will be a plus
Excellent English Communication skills written and oral
Knowledge about the current market trends especially NON IT industry related to staffing services
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Internal and External)
Job Summary:
Manage Key Clients (pan-India) of Ciel HR in the NON IT Staffing business and be responsible for the end to end Recruitment of these clients
Be the face of Ciel HR in the market especially for the key accounts
Be the Single Person responsible for the growing the assigned account through recruitment
Manage the Client relationship by good account management practice and grow the business share from the key clients.
Work with Pan India Delivery/Recruitment teams
