Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Agency KAM:
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact.
Strategic Recruitment:
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client, often involving workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
Account Growth:
Identifying and pursuing opportunities for account expansion, both through new client acquisition and increased penetration within existing accounts.
Service Delivery:
Ensuring the agency delivers high-quality recruitment services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Performance Management:
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned accounts, including revenue generation, placement rates, and client satisfaction.
Problem Solving:
Addressing any issues or challenges that arise within the client relationship or recruitment process, working to find solutions and maintain client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
