Praper Media is a creative media company specializing in video editing and graphic design services. We work closely with brands, creators, and businesses to deliver high-quality visual content that drives engagement and growth. As our client base continues to expand, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who can take complete ownership of client relationships and ensure seamless execution across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all assigned clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships with them.
Pitch clients for new projects, services, and additional opportunities.
Maintain a daily check on every client's work status, timelines, and ongoing tasks to ensure that nothing is missed across deliverables.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (editors, designers, and operations) to maintain strong cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams regarding requirements, feedback, and revisions.
Resolve client issues, concerns, or escalations promptly and professionally.
Track all client details, ongoing projects, feedback, and approvals accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A candidate with an MBA or a degree in Business, Marketing, or Management, who understands account handling and client relationships.
Strong communication and client-handling skills in English.
1-2 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or coordination, preferably within a media, digital, or creative agency environment.
Good understanding of creative workflows.
Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to ensure smooth project execution.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
A problem-solver by nature, with keen attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities.
