Summary of the Role:
The purpose of the role is to establish and manage Direct Customer accounts or prospects in IN & to sell company products within the designated geographic territory or by nature of customers to ascertain Lubrizol's market position and drive the organization to a sustained market leader position within the Paints, Coatings, inks and Adhesives market segments in India. The job involves high level of negotiation skills and ability to influence others and strategize sales for the new market segments. This role would also require strategizing & implementing sales plan for a new product /segment as well.
