Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and store managers within the MT channel to drive sales. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
Create comprehensive account plans that outline strategies for growing sales, increasing market share and maximizing profitability within each key account.
Negotiate pricing, contracts and other agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties. This may involve pricing discussions, promotional strategies and terms of sale.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth within key accounts. This requires a strong distribution/dealer network to expand distribution channels and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing account performance and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations and logistics to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
Visit stores to drive hygiene for stock and freezers for better display of product and ensure stock receipts and documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in account management or sales within the MT channel, with a track record of successfully managing key client relationships.
Strong understanding of MT trends, technologies and best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
