Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B Business Development,
preferably in IT, technology services, system integration, or related sectors.
Strong command over sales pipeline management, lead generation techniques,
and closure strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a polished
executive presence.
Demonstrated ability to work aggressively towards targets with a high sense of
ownership and urgency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-backed decision-making
approach.
Ability to build trustworthy relationships with CXOs, Directors, and senior
stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital sales platforms.
